He had a raspy voice, disheveled hair, and a very unique personality.
He was one of those 3rd grade students that just loved life, loved the outdoors, and had a smile on his face almost all of the time… especially when on motorbikes or "racing" stuff.
School did not come easy for him, but he tried hard, and I would like to think that I had a little hand in helping him at an early age to like learning.
I definitely learned a lot from him, and even though I hadn't seen him in over 10 years, I remembered him very well, and was very saddened to hear of his passing recently.
There's not much to say when anyone is gone from us, especially at such a young age. If he was still the same little 3rd grade boy that I remember, I'm sure that he loved life, and those around him.
Jacob, you will be missed.
