It also can be one of the hardest for the teachers to get anything accomplished… unless you're very creative… like dressing up, too.
This year, our team decided to be the characters from the movie "Inside / Out." It's about a little girl that has a lot of "emotions" that are cartoon-like, and it really is a neat little movie.
My character that I had to dress up like was… "Fear."
Now, "Fear" has a purple face, big white eyes, an antennae on top of his head, a "nerdy" look to him… and he's absolutely fearful of everything.
So, I was "in character" all day long by pretending to be fearful of just the slightest things. It was pretty hard to stay in character all day long, but the students just ate it up! They were even calling me "Fear" by the end of the day… like I really was the character.
It made for a really neat (but tiring) day… and the students seem to be well-behaved throughout. This made for a pretty fun time.
I should have considered "drama" as an occupation.
Nah… I would've been too afraid.
