Well, I'm going to tell you that the last 2 months have been a little bit out of balance, but in order for everything NOT to fall apart… something had to give… and it was this blog.
I literally refereed over 20 games in a 3-week period (in addition to teaching, being a husband, being a father, etc.), and it was just not a normal time period for me (coming off a CRAZY November that I described in the previous post).
Never one to accept excuses, I'm telling you that this is not an "excuse"… it's just reality. Coming home at about 10 o'clock each night, the choices were to write for this blog, or to talk to my wife.
Easy choice. For those of you that know me, I'm going to choose family, and what I feel is the right thing every time.
Having said all of that, let's get you caught up with my classroom.
Over the next few blogs, I will give you a rundown of what has transpired over this critical time period, and how we as a class have really come together.
Just know that the teeter totter (of my life) seems to be much more steady now, and I'll continue on with my quest of bringing you some content that you can use in your classroom (and / or life). Hope you're doing well, and leave a comment on how you're doing in your classroom if you'd like...
